In this position you will be required to support sales development of the accounts you are managing, along with uncovering new business opportunities to sell the services and products of our client. They are a manufacture and manufacture 85% of their products here in the USA! Their current back order is only two months!
They are looking for your experience of b2b sales experience in ideally the industrial machinery, material handling, and/or health and safety industries, knowledge of how distribution works, experience in selling benefits of products and services. You will be focusing on working with EH&S Managers.
You will be selling through distribution, like the Fastenal and Grainger's of the world. You will be covering a good portion of the USA. Your will need to be located in the greater Springfield MA/CT area, as when you are not traveling you will be expected to be in the office most days Monday - Friday. Travel expectancy is on average 2 nights out/overnight per week.
Our client is looking to hire one, maybe two Outside Sales people.
Base 60K to 80K plus commissions/bonus of on low end of 20K. Car allowance, corporate credit card, benefits, etc.
