Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Specialist to drive sales growth to the end user, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence within the greater Miami, Florida FL area. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting PPE products and safety solutions. This role requires a strategic, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline of $2M+ in opportunities, ensuring consistent growth and momentum.
Close $1M+ in new business opportunities annually through effective prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with end-users in industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, and utilities are highly desirable.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development using CRM software.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Work closely with internal teams, including product development, customer service, and supply chain, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Partner with technical support and product specialists to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
Stay informed about industry regulations, safety standards, and certifications relevant to PPE products.
Educate customers on the importance of compliance and the benefits of our clients safety solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent of 4 years of EHS / operations experience, Safety Manager experience is highly desirable). OR Minimum of 3 years of Regional Sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in the PPE, safety equipment, or industrial products industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, including closing $1M+ in new business and maintaining a $2M+ pipeline.
OSHA training cards (e.G., OSHA 10 or OSHA 30) and Qualified Safety Sales Professional (QSSP) certification are highly desirable.
