Job Description
Our client has been in business for almost 50 years. They are a leader in PPE Personal Protective Equipment. They are adding on a Safety Sales Specialist Territory Manager.
Our client hires the best! They hire loyal, self-motivated, accountable, credible, positive and committed individuals. They have a very low employee turn over. They have great internal support for their sales people.
In this position you will cover Maryland and possibly into Northern Virginia. 65% of your time will be with customers and prospects to achieve 12% annual growth in your territory. They will hire your for your knowledge of the industry and contacts within the industry. You will have a book of business when you start, however they are hiring you to grow that base and bring in new accounts. They know you can't guarantee business but you can pretty much guarantee when you knock on a prospects door they welcome you in because of the trusting relationships you have built in your career. You will work with their corporate accounts division to create relationships with key accounts at the higher levels.
Our client has the best compensation in the industry. Base plus uncapped commissions that are paid monthly.
